Relevance Lab announces the launch of its “ArcNet” Command Centre platform for Cloud Care Managed Services,enabling businesses with “Always On” Monitoring & Auto Remediation capabilities.
“Relevance Lab has developed a Command Center MSP platform (ArcNet), as part of its RL Catalyst platform, for automating monitoring and remediation processes across applications and infrastructure environments. This platform provides a First line of Detection and Auto-Resolutions with Self-Aware, Self-Control, Self-Correct and Self-Improve capabilities. This also enables multi-Cloud Security, Compliance and Governance, with Discovery, CMDB, Self-Aware Element (SAE) Enablement and Auto-Configured Dashboards. Organizations can use this platform as their First Line of Defence for their Monitoring needs and can potentially automate 30% of monitoring tasks, thus driving higher efficiencies and cost savings.
