Rajeev Srivastava
Rajeev Srivastava, Chairman of Relevance Lab, brings over 25 years of global operating and investing experience. Before the merger of Basil Partners and Capital Square Partners, Rajeev founded Basil Partners and was an early investor in Relevance Lab.
Earlier, as co-founder and CEO, he built Apar Infotech Corp into a USD 78m Enterprise Value company from 1996 to 2003. He raised two rounds of venture capital from Insight Capital and Warburg Pincus Ventures and guided Apar through a merger with Ness Technologies, Inc. in 2003. Rajeev was on the Board of Directors & Executive Management of Ness and, in 2004, was actively involved in Ness’ Initial Public Offering on NASDAQ
Before founding Apar, Rajeev worked with IGATE as Director & Head of Asia Pacific Operations and as a Project Manager at TCS across Mumbai, Singapore, and New Jersey. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and a Master's in Management Studies from Bombay University. Rajeev's extensive experience and strategic vision will continue to shape the future of Relevance Lab.
Raja Nagarajan
As a founding member of Relevance Lab, Raja has played a pivotal role in establishing a solid foundation of operational and business excellence that catalyzes our company's growth. In overseeing our business operations, Raja embodies a leadership philosophy that deeply values the significance of context and a consultative approach. His leadership philosophy is reflected in our customer engagements and shapes our employee culture. He inspires and empowers others to think critically, consider alternative viewpoints, and make well-rounded decisions.
Drawing from his extensive experience and deep understanding of the industry, Raja focuses on keeping our organization agile, adaptable, and ready for success amidst ever-changing business dynamics. His strategic guidance ensures we stay ahead of the curve, anticipate market trends, and seize emerging opportunities.

Vidur Bhogilal
Vidur serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Relevance Lab, overseeing all facets of Corporate Strategy. With a wealth of experience spanning over 25 years, he brings a high level of expertise in strategic restructuring, M&A, corporate governance, finance, administration, and legal affairs.
In his role, Vidur drives Relevance Lab's M&A and Strategy charter, creating sustainable value for the organization through successful mergers, acquisitions, and joint venture partnerships. His track record includes managing several successful acquisitions, mergers, and restructuring initiatives in India, the US, and Europe, while also contributing significantly to tax recovery, forex management, financial planning and control, and fundraising efforts.
Vidur's credentials are impressive, having earned the distinction of a gold medalist qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and Cost Accountant (ICWA) from India. Additionally, he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the US in addition to a Law degree.

Puneet Chaddah
Puneet is an experienced software product development leader working with large enterprises and start-ups. He has built teams from scratch and successfully managed operations, including delivery, support, pre-sales, and customer relationship management.
As a founding member of Relevance Lab, Puneet played a crucial role in shaping the company into a technology powerhouse, focusing on platforms and product development. His expertise spans software-enabled cloud infrastructure, SaaS products, and technology strategy. With a bachelor's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, Puneet's visionary guidance has positioned Relevance Lab as a leading industry player known for innovative solutions and customer-centricity.

Dr. Ankita Singh
Ankita holds the position of Chief People Officer. With a career spanning over 22 years, Ankita has consistently demonstrated her proficiency in managing and directing various aspects of Human Resources, primarily within the fast-paced ITES sector. While at CIGNEX Datamatics, she excelled in implementing new and competitive initiatives and institutionalizing a strong performance-driven culture, resulting in the company being certified as a "Great Place to Work 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, and 2020-21."
Ankita's achievements have earned her industry-wide recognition. The Times of India group honored her as "Woman Leader of the Year," recognizing her exceptional leadership abilities and groundbreaking achievements. She was also named a "Top 100 Manager" by Forbes India and the Great Manager Institute.
Ankita's educational background is equally impressive. She completed her MBA in HR+IT from Bharati Vidyapeeth University College of Engineering, Pune, an Executive MBA from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Management from Bhopal University.

Pradeep Nair
Pradeep is Head of the Healthcare and Life Sciences business. With an extensive background in the industry, Pradeep has been an integral part of the Relevance Lab team since its inception. He has played a pivotal role in establishing product engineering labs, fostering innovation, and driving transformative solutions within the healthcare domain.
His expertise and strategic approach have attracted a prestigious roster of healthcare clients, including prominent companies such as Johnson & Johnson and Exact Sciences. His ability to understand client needs and deliver exceptional results has earned him a reputation for excellence in the industry.
Pradeep has his Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University. He received his MBA at the prestigious Jack Welch Management Institute, where he achieved the distinguished honor of Summa Cum Laude. Pradeep's ability to integrate technology and business perspectives allows him to contribute significantly to the company's success, foster innovation, and create mutually beneficial client relationships.
Ashish Trehan
Ashish Trehan is Head of APAC Sales. With a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years, he has established a strong reputation in the industry. Ashish is highly regarded for his ability to guide clients and partners in making optimal choices that align with their specific needs, considering the vast array of products, solutions, and services available today.
With exceptional leadership and management skills, Ashish inspires and motivates his team to achieve outstanding results. Before his current role at CIGNEX/Relevance Lab, Ashish was the Business Development Head at Ness Technologies (NASDAQ Listed). In this position, he spearheaded new business development initiatives in domestic and international markets, showcasing his ability to drive expansion and capture new opportunities. Additionally, Ashish was crucial in overseeing the US market while promoting and selling Oracle Database products at Oracle India.
Ashish attributes his success to his unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and relentless focus on prioritizing their needs. He holds an MBA from Mumbai Educational Trust, MET League of Colleges specializing in Marketing.
Orne Bey
Orne is Head of North America Sales, bringing a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success. His dynamic and results-oriented approach drives sales growth consistently and builds strong client relationships that foster long-term partnerships.
Before joining Relevance Lab, Orne was a founding member of Excellerent, where he built a strong capability base with the Ethiopia Delivery Center. His passion for the purpose of the EDC and the value it can bring to the organization and clients is contagious.
Beyond his sales acumen, Orne's educational background adds further value to his leadership role. He holds a J.D. degree from the prestigious Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Duquesne University, enabling him to navigate complex sales scenarios with a unique legal perspective.

Chidu Nachiappan
Chidu Nachiappan, Country Manager India at Relevance Lab, is a seasoned leader in the Cloud and Transformation business, dedicated to helping customers strategize, plan, and execute their digital transformation journeys. His previous roles include leading the Microsoft Cloud Services business and the global Wipro Microsoft Alliance with Microsoft, where he contributed to joint solution strategies, account targeting, and a joint go-to-market approach that boosted revenue for both companies.
He possesses vast expertise in proactive selling and campaigns related to data center transformation, microservices-based platformization of product applications, SAP on Azure, IoT, data platforms, analytics/ML, and blockchain. Chidu established an end-to-end product development team for a printing major, doubling their product lineup within a year.
Chidu is adept at delivering programs with rigorous SLAs across global teams through quality delivery, flexible and outcome-based delivery models, and stringent governance to achieve target operating margins.
Chidu is a gold medalist with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from Madurai Kamaraj University. His multifaceted skill set, insights, and diverse background significantly bolster the strategic direction and achievements of Relevance Lab.
