Job Description

  • Interact with teams and customers to ensure 24/7 support.
  • Willing to work in 24*7 shifts.
  • Work with customer engineering teams on a wide variety of AWS projects, including migration, containerization and transformation.
  • Write infrastructure as code.
  • Perform AWS environment troubleshooting and setup.
  • Meet customer SLAs and managing communication in case of issues.
  • Configure and maintain backup, monitoring and alerting systems for multiple clients.
  • Administrate automated deployments and scripting using Bash, PowerShell and/or Python.
  • Participate in work sessions with clients.
  • Experience managing common AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, Cloud Formation etc.).
  • Experience working on Terraform.
